- Refer to Rules 12, 13,18, 20, 22, 24, 41, 50, 53 and 80. Read all syllabus rules with care.
- Speech selections must be memorized.
- NEW: Participants may enter a class more than once as long as different repertoire is entered. A separate registration is required for each entry.
- A selection, whether prescribed or own choice, cannot be used by a competitor in more than one class.
- To be eligible for a scholarship, competitors must enter a minimum of TWO classes and receive a minimum mark of 85.
- Performance times MUST be included on the entry form.
- Participants who choose the virtual option will be responsible for arranging to have a video recording made of their performance and for creating a YouTube channel that can be shared with the Toronto Kiwanis Festival Office via the online registration system.
- All classes in this section are eligible to proceed to the Provincial level of competition in Kitchener-Waterloo (June 8-13, 2026) upon adjudicator recommendation. Participants should be aware that 2 pieces are required for the Provincial Finals and that the Provincial's registration deadline will be March 28, 2026.
