School Instrumental Duets or Trios
- Refer to Rules 11, 12, 13, 18, 23, 49, 52, and 64. Read all Syllabus rules with care.
- Memorization is optional but recommended.
- This section is meant for students only studying in a school environment and not with a private teacher.
- NEW: Participants may enter a class more than once as long as different repertoire is entered. A separate registration is required for each entry.
- A piece cannot be used by a competitor in more than one class. Repertoire which does not coincide with stated categories will result in disqualification. See Rule 25.
- Da capo and dal segno signs must be played. Repeats are optional.
- Performance times MUST be included on the entry form.
- Participants have the option to participate either "in person" or "virtually". This decision must be made at the time of registration.
- Participants who choose the virtual option will be responsible for arranging to have a video recording made of their performance and for creating a YouTube channel that can be shared with the Toronto Kiwanis Festival Office via the online registration system.
