- Own choice of two or more contrasting selections.
- It is important to note that classes 10190 and 10191 are for beginning players only.
- To be eligible for a scholarship, competitors must enter a minimum of two classes and receive a minimum mark of 85.
- Participants have the option to participate either "in person" or "virtually". This decision must be made at the time of registration.
- Participants who choose the virtual option will be responsible for arranging to have a video recording made of their performance and for creating a YouTube channel that can be shared with the Toronto Kiwanis Festival Office via the online registration system.
- Classes 10192, 10193 and 10194 are eligible to proceed to the Provincial level of competition which will be held in Kitchener-Waterloo (June 8-13, 2026), upon adjudicator recommendation. Participants should be aware that 2 pieces are required for the Provincial Finals and that the Provincial's registration deadline will be March 28, 2026.
